Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): K-3 Full-Time Position - Waterville, ME
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a school district near Waterville, ME. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the communication skills of K-3 students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students
- Provide speech therapy sessions to address communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in the state of Maine
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping students improve their speech and language abilities
Location: School district near Waterville, ME
Dates: August 30, 2023 - June 14, 2024 (Start date SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on credentialing)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
Caseload: Kindergarten to 3rd Grade
Contract Details:
