Caseload: Approximately 60 students (current caseload around 30, subject to change)
Requirements:
- Valid South Carolina license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- South Carolina Education Certificate
- Preference for candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), but may consider candidates with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CY) designation if supervision is included in rate
Description:
Spartanburg School District 03 is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join the team at Cowpens Elementary. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language services to students, collaborating with other members of the educational team, and supporting the overall academic success of students. This is a full-time position with a temporary contract through May 24th, 2024. The caseload consists of approximately 60 students, with the current number subject to change. Candidates must hold a valid South Carolina license as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a South Carolina Education Certificate. Preference will be given to candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), but consideration may be given to candidates with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CY) designation if supervision is included in the rate.
