Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Galesburg, IL
Soliant Education is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the charming city of Galesburg, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential services to students and make a positive impact on their communication skills and overall development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Monitor progress, document sessions, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Offer guidance and support to classroom teachers on implementing strategies to enhance students' communication skills.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their treatment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
