Job Description:
As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills.
- Monitoring and documenting students' progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Tennessee state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
