Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We are dedicated to providing exceptional educational services, and are looking for candidates who are also dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to aide students in achieve their communication goals.
Requirements:
- Valid PA SLP licensure.
- PA Educator license preferred
- Experience working with special education students and families highly preferred.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations governing services in educational settings.
- Bilingual preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
