Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school in Greenwood Village, CO. The SLP will play a crucial role in supporting students' communication and language development, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies for supporting students' academic success.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
- Provide support and training to school staff and families on strategies for promoting communication and language development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Colorado licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
