Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals within the classroom and other educational settings.
- Assist in monitoring and documenting students' progress, under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.
- Receive mentorship and supervision from a licensed SLP to support professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as required by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid Texas intern license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
