Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) - San Andreas, CA - 24-25 School Year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals.
- Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to educational staff on strategies for promoting speech and language development in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in a school setting, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in speech and language therapy.
