Speech Language Pathologist (School Setting)

Soliant, in collaboration with reputable school districts in Temecula, CA, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This contract position will involve providing essential speech and language services to students, supporting their communication and academic development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders among students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs and facilitate progress towards educational goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills within the classroom and educational environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience working as an SLP in a school-based setting.
- Knowledge of various assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
