Speech Language Pathologist | School Based

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference in the lives of students? This is an hourly contracted position, providing you with flexibility and support to deliver high-quality services to students.
Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: House Springs, MO
Employment Type: Hourly Contracted Position through Soliant Education
Term: 2024-2025 School Year
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-based activities as required
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Missouri state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
