Speech Language Pathologist - School Based
Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide exceptional services to elementary and middle school students in Brooklyn, CT. As a contractor with Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while enjoying the flexibility and support that comes with working with a reputable education staffing company.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication and speech disorders in elementary and middle school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic success.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Connecticut state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
