Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to clients in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in MA.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
