Speech-Language Pathologist Remote Job in New Mexico
Albuquerque, NM
We are interviewing for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work as a full-time remote professional in a great New Mexico School District for the 2024/2025 school year. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing critical speech therapy services to students in a New Mexico school setting.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an SLP in the state of New Mexico.
- New Mexico Teaching Certification.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SLP, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of speech and language disorders in children.
- Experience with virtual assessment and therapy platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
