Position Available: Speech Language Pathologist for 2024-2025 School Year
Location: Webb, MS
Company: ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a school district in Webb, MS, to recruit a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.
Position Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere to ensure all students feel valued.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to evaluate students' progress and adapt instructional strategies as necessary.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- State certification or licensure for school therapy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with a range of teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
- Experience working with students of varying needs and abilities.
