Job Description: As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to provide vital speech therapy services to individuals in Caledonia and surrounding areas. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, working closely with clients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or adult populations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
