School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract Position in Claremont, NH

Soliant and its affiliates are partnering with school districts in Claremont, NH, to ensure students receive the necessary support for their academic success. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in the Claremont area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans to address speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- At least one year of recent experience in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
