Part Time Tele-Speech-Language Pathologist Opening for 2024-2025
A great school district in the Biglerville, PA, area has collaborated with ProCare Therapy to fill a part-time, virtual position for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in 2024–2025. For this remote position, prior experience working in a school setting is required. Duties:
- Provide remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
- Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual student’s needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication virtually.
- Collaborate remotely with teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
Experience:
- Two years of previous experience in a school-based setting is required.
Certification:
- Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist License
- Education/teaching certification through the PA BOE
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Details:
- Part-time, 2024-2025 School Year
- This open role is an independent contractor position
- Liability insurance is required from the independent contractor
Work Hours:
- Flexible, ~20 hours per week
