Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve speech and language skills, as well as swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of South Carolina.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- ASL skills preferred
- Experience with AAC devices
- IEP experience preferred but not required
