School-Based Remote Speech-Language Pathologist | 2024-2025
ProCare Therapy has partnered with a great school district in the Torrington, WY, area that is looking to hire a remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a current, full-time opening. Responsibilities:
- Provide remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
- Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual student’s needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication virtually.
- Collaborate remotely with teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
Experience:
- Two years of previous experience in a school-based setting is required.
Certification:
- Wyoming Speech Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Job Details:
- Full-time, 2024-2025 School Year
- Caseload: K-5
- Onsite SLPs at each school site for assistance
- District provides training on IEP Platform
- This open role is an independent contractor position
- Liability insurance is required from the independent contractor
Times:
- 32 hours per week
- Start: 8/19/24
- End: 5/22/25
