Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding opportunity for the 2024-25 school year? ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL, to provide exceptional services to students in need.
Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Type: Contract
Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Start Date: Fall 2024
Duration: Full School Year (2024-25)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social success.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
