Speech Language Pathologist - Florence, Arizona

Job Description: Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Florence, AZ, for a contract position. As an SLP, you will work with students to diagnose, assess, and treat speech and language disorders, helping them achieve their communication goals. This position offers weekly paychecks, United Healthcare benefits (health, vision, and dental), and the support of a dedicated recruiter throughout your contract.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and developmental needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
State-Specific Requirements:
- Arizona Department of Education (ADE) certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Fingerprint clearance card.
