Description:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children through speech and language therapy? We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sacaton, AZ. As an SLP , you will have the opportunity to work with an assigned caseload of up to 45 students, providing essential therapy services to support their communication and learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress
- Monitoring and documenting students' progress towards therapy goals, through IEP Pro
- Providing direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Active fingerprint card
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
