Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Chehalis, WA
Pay Range: $44 to $47 per hour
Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with local school districts, is currently hiring for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract role in the Chehalis, WA area. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address students' speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, assessment results, and therapy sessions.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to meet all state and local requirements for SLPs, including background check and immunization records.
