Speech Language Pathologist - Concrete, WA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Concrete, WA. As a contracted SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students, providing diagnostic evaluations, therapy services, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the communication needs of students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine students' strengths and areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in educational settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
