Job Description: We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) to join our team. The SLP-CF will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with speech and language disorders. The SLP-CF will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each child's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide ongoing therapy services to children with speech and language disorders
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other professionals regarding the child's progress and treatment plan
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland license or eligibility for Maryland licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
