Job Description: As a School-Based SLPA, you will play a crucial role in helping students improve their speech and language skills. Your responsibilities will include assisting in therapy sessions, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
- North Carolina state licensure as an SLPA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
