We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Richmond, Virginia. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support students’ communication needs in a collaborative environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Richmond, VA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-time, School Year Contract
- Caseload: K-12 (caseload specifics to be discussed in the interview)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy sessions under the guidance of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Track and document student progress accurately
- Support communication goals in a school setting, promoting student success
Qualifications:
- Certified as an SLPA in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain certification)
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
