Job Description:
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
- Onsite, Monday-Friday
- 30-35+ dollars per hour
- 2024-2025 school year

- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy programs designed to meet the needs of clients.
- Work directly with clients to provide speech and language therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Help clients develop and improve their communication skills through various therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, session notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including teachers, parents, and caregivers, to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders or higher
- School experience preferred; not required
- SLPA license in Minnesota required
