Urgently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our supportive team. We are currently experiencing unexpected leaves and are in need of a reliable and committed SLPA to support our students for the remainder of the school year and potentially into the next school year.
Position Details:
- Location: New Brunswick, NJ
- Employment Type: Contract
- Status: Accepting Candidates
- Start Date: 2024-2025 shool year
- Hours: Full-Time preferred (Part-Time considered)
- School Locations: Up to two school locations
- Caseload: To be determined
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to students
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work effectively with school staff, parents, and students
Qualifications:
- Active NJ SLPA License
- School-based experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
