Speech-Language Pathologist [2024-2025 School Year]
A local school district has sought out Procare Therapy to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for next school year! The Speech Therapist will be assessing, providing instruction, and speech services to language & social language impaired students across our district, including our public & charter locations.
The key responsibilities of this job include screening students, assessments, and eligibility determination. SLPs will be maintaining records, writing reports, communicating with parents & staff members, and drafting IEPs. You will be required to adhere to district policies and procedures of our Student Services Department, as well as follow federal, state, or local laws. Some travel is required between sites. This position boasts full Healthcare benefits, including vision and dental, as well as guaranteed hours. Employees are compensated for all hours worked - this includes indirect service time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be licensed Speech Pathologist in applicable state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Preferably, experience in schools/pediatrics
- IEP experience
