We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Granger, IN. Caseload Details:
- 1 Middle/High School Position: Approximately 65 students on caseload, same building all day.
- 1 Elementary Position: Approximately 65 students, same building all day.
- 1 Elementary Position: Approximately 65 students. Primarily at the main campus, but may need to visit other buildings (within 10-15 minutes) for some students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students, including evaluations, therapy sessions, and case conferences.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students based on their specific communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals and objectives.
- Complete required documentation, including IEP progress notes, billing for Medicaid, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged students is preferred, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows will also be considered.
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
