ProCare Therapy, a prominent provider of school-based therapy services nationwide, is actively seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This exciting role involves working across two campuses within the district, specifically catering to students in grades 9-12. Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated SLP to play a pivotal role in delivering speech and language therapy services to high school students. The chosen candidate will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and parents to ensure optimal student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois state licensure
- PEL (Professional Educator License) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
- Previous experience with high school students preferred
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
