Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based position in Northampton, MA. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive environment for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Previous experience working with students with moderate to severe communication disorders in a school setting
