Job Description:
Soliant is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis in Kalamazoo, MI or the surrounding areas. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality speech and language therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations.
- Implement and design individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
