Seeking Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in Highland Park, IL
Job Overview: Join our supportive team as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Highland Park, IL. This role is ideal for those passionate about enhancing communication abilities and academic performance in students through dedicated speech therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student speech and language goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Contribute to the development of IEPs with achievable, measurable goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar field.
- Active Illinois SLP license, CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
