Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced practitioner, we have opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and contract positions in various healthcare settings including schools, hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of SLPs to address communication and swallowing challenges.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
