Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' communication needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and innovative strategies during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal therapy outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Oregon state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
