Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Carpentersville, Illinois area. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages, helping them improve communication skills and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication needs.
- Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support clients' progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Illinois state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech and language disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
