Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid South Carolina SLP license
- ASHA certification preferred
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
- Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable
Description: We're in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Chesnee, SC, for the 24/25 school year. This onsite opportunity welcomes both CCC's or CFY candidates and is open to SLPAs. The specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview with the Coordinator. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, possess a valid South Carolina SLP license, and preferably hold ASHA certification.
