Location: Burlington, VT
Dates: New School Year (NSY)
Credential Preference: SLP-CCC preferred, Will consider Clinical Fellows (CF)
Hours per Week: 32.5 hours
Caseload: High school
Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Burlington, VT, for the upcoming New School Year (NSY). While we give preference to candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), we are open to considering Clinical Fellows. This role involves a commitment of 32.5 hours per week, working with a caseload focused on high school students. You will play a vital role in improving the communication skills and academic achievements of our high school students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities
- Develop tailored therapy plans to address the individual needs of high school students
- Provide direct therapy services to address communication disorders and related challenges
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to facilitate student progress and success
- Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
