We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in the Yuba City, CA area. This role offers the opportunity to support students’ communication growth while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team throughout the school year.

Contract: Current 2024–2025 school year (renewal possible)
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Range: $28–$38+/hr (depending on experience and school budget)

Qualifications

Active California SLPA license
-
Previous school experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
-
Ability to follow direction from supervising SLPs
Primary Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services under SLP supervision

Support communication-based goals outlined in IEPs

Assist with screenings, progress tracking, and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

Maintain accurate treatment notes and reporting
