Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Assist with evaluations and collaborate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
- Support individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate services and interventions
Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA certification/license required
- Experience working in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-80 students
- Willingness to work onsite full-time for the duration of the assignment
