Speech Pathology Assistant - Springfield, MA
A Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available in Springfield, MA, serving a K-8 public school setting for the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing speech and language therapy plans
- Work directly with students in grades K-8 to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language comprehension
- Document student progress and assist with caseload management
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience working with K-8 students in a school setting preferred
- Ability to work onsite full time, 35 hours per week
