Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a collaborative and student-focused district near Walnut Creek, CA to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the next school year. This is an opportunity to work in a district that values communication growth and individualized student support, with supervision from an experienced SLP team.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs.

Collaborate with SLPs to adapt materials and reinforce communication goals.

Maintain detailed records of student progress and prepare documentation for meetings.

Support inclusive classroom communication strategies in partnership with teachers.

Participate in student-focused meetings and professional development as assigned.
Qualifications:

Current California SLPA license (required).

Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

A passion for supporting children in achieving speech and language milestones.
