Hours: Part-Time (27.5 hours/week)
Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
About the Role:
Turlock Unified School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in achieving their communication goals. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping children thrive in educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering speech therapy services

Work with students individually and in small groups to support IEP goals
-
Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
-
Support bilingual students as needed (Spanish-speaking a plus)
Qualifications:

Valid California SLPA license
-
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
