SLPA - HIRING NOW ND
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing high-quality speech and language services to children in a school setting. The SLPA will assist in implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, documenting student progress, and preparing materials under the supervision of an SLP. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping children improve their communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement speech and language therapy programs developed by an SLP
-
Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions for children
-
Document and report student progress
-
Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate records
-
Follow all guidelines and protocols under SLP supervision
Schedule & Setting:
-
4 days per week (potential to increase to full time if needed)
-
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
K–12 caseload
-
Services provided across 2–3 school sites
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or a related field

State licensure or certification as an SLPA (as required)

Experience in a school setting preferred
