Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Fall River, Massachusetts for the 2025–2026 school year. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across K–12th grade, providing direct and indirect services to help them achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students receiving speech services

Conduct therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP

Collect data and maintain accurate documentation on student progress

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts SLPA license or eligibility
-
Experience in school-based settings preferred
-
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
