Responsibilities include supporting speech-language pathologists in delivering therapeutic services to students with communication disorders. Duties involve implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with screenings and assessments, documenting student progress, and collaborating with educators and parents to promote effective communication skills in the school environment.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with K-12 educational environments, particularly early elementary grades (TK-5th)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Relevant certification or licensure as an SLPA required
