ProCare Therapy is now hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions across West Virginia for the 2025–2026 academic year. Openings are available throughout Charleston, Morgantown, Huntington, Beckley, Parkersburg, and surrounding communities.

As an SLPA, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help K–12 students build the communication skills they need for academic achievement and lifelong confidence.

Position Overview

Location: West Virginia (statewide openings)
Grades: PreK–12
Start Date: August 2025
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Employment Type: W-2 Contract
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, weekly direct deposit
Renewal Potential: High likelihood of renewal for the following school year

Requirements

• Active or pending West Virginia SLPA license

• Must work under supervision of a West Virginia-licensed SLP

• Preferred: experience in pediatric or school-based settings

• Completion of district-specific onboarding and health requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language services under SLP supervision

• Assist with IEP implementation and maintain documentation

• Track student progress and communicate updates to the SLP and team
