Contract Duration: April 20 – June 4, 2026
Weekly Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week
Interviews: Conducted via Microsoft Teams (15–30 minutes)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy support under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, focusing on school-aged children.
- Deliver individualized and group therapy services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators and therapists to support communication development and academic success.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy goals, progress, and student interactions.
- Adhere to all school district policies, timelines, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid SLPA licensure from Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) – licensure in hand required.
- Prior experience in a school setting supporting speech-language therapy preferred.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to consistent attendance are essential.
- Ability to complete fingerprinting and background clearance promptly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families.
